Colin and Teresa Pielow were the chef proprietors of three successful restaurants, two in Ireland and one in South Africa all of which gained wide critical acclaim.
Their passion for food and wine brought them to South Africa, where they settled in the beautiful Tulbagh valley in the Cape Winelands.
The property where they established and planted their own vineyard has produced the award winning Pielow’s shiraz which is still in their ownership.
