De Kelders
De Kelders offers some of the best land-based whale watching in the world. The Southern Right Whales come very close inshore to the sheltered deep waters between June and December each year.
De Kelders is near Gansbaai on the Cape South Coast, 160km from Cape Town, in the Overberg region. The Overberg spans 17 mountain ranges, dozens of quaint inland villages and some charming coastal hamlets set in an intoxicating fynbos-scented landscape!
