Pielow’s premium harvest shiraz 2006.
Keen to produce their own wine, they bought 4 tons of premium shiraz grapes from the Tulbagh valley and with a local award winning winemaker, David Jordan from Manley’s private cellar they now have produced their first Pielow’s Shiraz.
Delicious food
Tasting Note:
Deep intense purple colour. Palate enters with intense explosion of berry fruits supported by layers of vanilla. Well-rounded tannins have a velvety mouthfeel and lend this wine ageing potential.

Grapes being crushed Honey Oaks shiraz in barrels
Conveyer belt transfers the grapes to the crusher where they are gently crushed and dropped into stainless steel fermentation tanks to begin the wine making process. Our first Honey Oak Shiraz is maturing in Oak Barrels; we patiently await the release of our first wine in the summer of 2010.

While waiting for our first vintage of Honey Oak Shiraz to mature we have personally selected a Sauvignon Blanc 2008 and Shiraz 2008 under the Pielow's Label.
